3. Registration time and method

1. Registration time: September 21, 2022 10:00 to 16:00 on September 27, 2022.

2. Registration method: This time it is publicly recruited for the society, and the recruitment information is released through the "Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" website and the Municipal Intellectual Property Office website.

Candidates are limited to one post for each person based on their own conditions and qualifications and professional requirements of the post. Candidates shall register through the Easy Registration System www.ecloudexam.com before the registration deadline. 5. Examination

The test consists of two parts: written test and interview, and calculate the comprehensive score at a score ratio of 4: 6.

1. Written test

The combination of professional written tests and interviews, professional written tests are entrusted to third -party organizations by the Protection Center. The professional written test score is 100 points. 2. Interview

During the interview, the applicants must provide relevant certification materials. If the documents are not complete, the information is false, or the job requirements are inconsistent, the interview is eligible. The material requirements are as follows:

(1) "Shanghai Intellectual Property Protection Center Public Recruitment Staff Registration Form";

(2) ID card;

(3) Household registration book (collective hukou needs to bring a certificate of household registration);

(4) Social personnel in other provinces and cities must bring the Shanghai residence permit within the validity period;

(5) Domestic degree, degree certificate/overseas education, Ministry of Education's country (country) foreign degree certification materials;

(6) If the post requires a university English level 6, the corresponding qualification certificate is required. If there is only a sixth grade test notice notice, the corresponding score is not less than 425 points. Students who have obtained academic degrees in the official language for English in the official language can not provide a qualified certificate or grade notice of the English level 6;

(7) Professional qualification certificate, title certificate, and relevant qualification certificates for position requirements.

The interview is organized by the Protection Center, which mainly tests the comprehensive capabilities and comprehensive quality of the candidate. The interview scores are 100 points, and more than 60 points are qualified. Those who have not qualified interview results cannot enter the medical examination inspection process.

The relevant matters related to the medical examination will be notified separately, and candidates who have not entered the subsequent procedures will no longer be notified.

Six, physical examination

Sort according to the comprehensive score from high to low, and determine the list of medical examination personnel at 1: 1. The medical examination refers to the "General Medical Examination Standard (Trial) of the National Civil Service (Trial)", and organizes the medical examination in a designated hospital, and the inspection report is sent to the protection center. Candidates did not participate in the medical examination at the prescribed time and deemed to give up. If the medical examination is not qualified, the protection center will not be hired. If the candidate fails to pass the physical examination reasons, the protection center may determine the candidates who rank after the overall scores according to the actual situation.

7. Examination

The ideological and political expression of the protection center, the quality of morality, the law of the law, the reciprocity of the law, the record of integrity, and the work situation.

Eight, publicity

According to the results of qualification review, examination, physical examination, and inspection, the personnel to be hired were publicized for seven days on the "Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" website, and there was no objection to the publicity. The Social Security Bureau approves the filing and goes through the employment procedures. If there is any objections to the employment, it will be determined whether the employment will be hired according to the results of the verification.
