At 16:45 on June 21, gas defgeneration accidents occurred near the intersection of Beicheng East Road and Wu Su Road, Baodi District. After learning about the situation, Li Hongzhong, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Zhang Gonghui, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and acting mayor, asked for instructions, asking the Municipal Health Commission and the Baodi District Committee to immediately organize the rescue of the wounded. The accident caused 23 people to be injured, of which 3 were severely burned and were treated at professional hospitals; 15 minor injuries were observed in the hospital; 5 minor injuries had been treated and discharged.
