In 2020, Kang Yao, who had just arrived at Haibao Community, regarded the household as a task. In the meantime, he realized the importance of communicating with residents, but the police and civilians were not contacted and insufficient interaction. How to gain the trust of residents became a problem in front of Kang Yao.

Until he resolved two things.

The first thing made Kang Yao's reputation. In March 2021, due to the nature of the house, the real estate certificate in a community in the area failed to apply in time, bringing a lot of inconvenience to residents. After Kang Yao learned about the situation, he organized residents and relevant personnel to hold a "talk" in a timely manner, listening to difficult demands, and coordinating related functional departments to solve problems. During that time, Kang Yao's WeChat steps exceeded 30,000 steps. Kung Fu is reluctant to be concerned. With the efforts of Kang Yao, residents in the community successfully handled the real estate certificate. The residents sent Kang Yao to the Jinqi to thank him, and the reputation of "Police Officer Kang Police" was also spread in the area.

The second thing made Kang Yao recognize. In early 2021, a community in the area under the jurisdiction was aging due to heating pipelines and low indoor temperature. There are many elderly people in the community, and it is a big problem in the winter room temperature. To this end, Kang Yao has coordinated the heat, property and other personnel, and carried out urgent maintenance of the pipelines to make temporary heating. After the cold winter, he took several times with the thermal company to replace the heating pipeline, and successfully replaced in June of that year.

There is no trivial matter. Kang Yao did his best to solve the difficulties put forward by residents. On August 31, Ms. Li, a resident of the district, asked for help. The child had to enroll in school and urgently needed to settle. Kang Yao checked the materials for the first time, and assisted Ms. Li to go through the settlement procedures on the same day. The next day, Ms. Li's child signed up smoothly.

On July 26, the two residents in the jurisdiction had disputes over house leakage, and Kang Yaoqiao resolved contradictions with the emotion of the neighborhood. In the end, the two sides took a step back to shake hands.

In addition, Kang Yao also jointly co -mediation with the people's mediator and lawyers. Since this year, he has participated in resolving 43 contradictions and disputes.

Now, Kang Yao is in his jurisdiction, but he still insists on entering the household daily. Walking in the jurisdiction, the greetings such as "Police Officer Introduction, come to the house to eat" often enter the ear, and it has also become a true portrayal of his deep feelings with the residents of the district.

Once, some residents took the initiative to provide clues to Kang Yao, saying that there were symbols with chalk paintings next to the doors of many residents, and these residents had no one in the family due to a business trip. Kang Yao's investigation and verification reported that these symbols were confirmed that these symbols were used as thieves. At present, this clue has been transferred to the investigation.

What is most pleased is that more and more residents actively learn legal knowledge and carry out voluntary publicity to the people around them.
