On June 21, a media reported that on the evening of June 20, four men on the streets of Baoshan, Shanghai dragged a woman on the street late at night. The Shanghai Public Security Bureau Baoshan Public Security Branch reported that the couple was torn after quarrel, and the man involved had been detained.

The video showed that a man in black pulled the woman's hair in front, and the man in white pushed the woman in the back, forcing her to move forward. Throughout the process, the woman kept screaming and trying to sit on the ground, shouting "help". Witnesses reported the police after discovering.

On June 21, the Baoshan Branch of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau informed the incident, saying that at 22:15 on June 20, the Baoshan Public Security Branch received the mass alarm that a woman was beaten on the east side of the Gongjiang Road of Republican Road. After receiving the alarm, the police quickly came to the scene to bring the relevant personnel to the public security organs for investigation.

After investigation, on the evening of June 20, Xu (male, 30 years old) in his own noodle restaurant, with his girlfriend Chen (29 years old) and a number of friends dining and drinking. During the period, after Xu and Chen quarreled with trivial matters, Chen left the noodle restaurant with anger. Xu chased outside the store to block and tear. During the period, he had pulled his hair and other behaviors, and was discouraged by accompanying friends.

Experience injury, Chen's head and knee soft tissue were contounded. At present, the police have imposed administrative detention on Xu in accordance with the law.
