On October 10, 2020, the State Council's inter -joint meeting of the State Council to govern the new types of illegal crimes of the telecommunications network was deployed nationwide to carry out the "broken card" operation to crack down on illegal sale of "two cards" illegal criminal activities. After that, Taiyuan Police strongly promoted the "broken card" operation, resolutely curb the high incidence of telecommunications network fraud crimes, and effectively safeguarded the stability of social security and the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

The exposed "two cards" punishment personnel mainly involved bank card issues. They were suspected of leased, sold, lended, purchased bank accounts or paid accounts for illegal crimes. The punishment measures are to suspend their bank account non -counter business within 5 years, and all business of payment accounts. They shall not open their accounts for their new accounts. The circumstances will be severely punished. The punishment date is September 2, 2022 to September 2, 2027.

1. The behavior of renting, borrowing, selling, buying bank cards, and mobile phone cards is suspected of illegal crimes.

2. The state's punishment measures for renting, selling, lending bank cards or payment accounts are extremely severe, and it has a profound impact on personal impact. Do not make your mobile phone card, personal bank card, public account and settlement card, WeChat, Alipay and other third -party payment platform accounts for sale and lease to criminals.

3. The masses should improve their personal information protection awareness, properly protect their ID cards, bank cards, and mobile phone cards. Once they are lost, they should be reported immediately. For those who do not need to be abandoned, they should handle the cancellation business in a timely manner and do not discard or buy and sell them at will. To go to the bank and telecommunications department in time to inquire whether there is a bank card or telephone card that I don't know or in use in my name. If the case of being used by the suspect is found, please cancel and retain the evidence of cancellation in time to prepare for the relevant case handling department for inspection.
