In the end, on April 22 this year, the State Intellectual Property Office made a ruling, announcing that the trademark of "beef is skyrocketing" was invalid.

However, before the State Intellectual Property Office made a ruling, in the context of the effective background of the "beefness" trademark, the local market supervision department was fined 2.83 million yuan on the small wine in March this year based on the current law. The reason is that Gu Xiaojiu • Beef Chongtian Wine Commodities did not obtain the authorized or transferred license of the world's wine industry without obtaining the "beef."
