3. Selection and hire conditions

(1) Qualification conditions:

(1) Registration related matters

1. Registration time: 9:00 on September 20, 2022 to 12:00 on September 26th.

2. Registration method

Adopting online registration, applicants log in to the official website of the Wuhan Personnel Examination Institute (www.whptc.org) to sign up, and each candidate is limited to one position.

3. Registration materials

After the applicants complete the online registration, the registration materials scan (PDF format) are synchronized, and the "post-name-name-graduation college-academic qualifications" is named and sent to the designated mailbox ([email protected]). 12:00 on September 26, 2022. (2) Qualification review

1. According to the application information and materials submitted by the Municipal SME Development Promotion Center, according to the qualifications and position requirements of the registration, the applicants are qualified for qualification review from the aspects of political quality, job matching and performance evaluation. Qualification review time: September 20, 2022 9:00 to 17:00 on September 28th, September 28, 2022. Candidates should log in to the online registration system inquiries in time. : 00-September 30th at 17:00, online registration confirmation and payment. (3) Comprehensive evaluation

For comprehensive evaluation of qualification review, comprehensive evaluation is divided into three links: written test, resume analysis, and interview. According to the written test 30%, resume analysis of 20%, and 50%of the interview, the total score is 100 points.

1. Written test

The written test is a closed -volume test, and the written test subject is "Comprehensive Knowledge Test", with a full score of 100 points. The time and place of the written test shall prevail the notice on the admission ticket.

The written test is performed by the qualified score line, and the qualified score line and the written test score are announced simultaneously.

2. Resume analysis

According to the written test score, the personnel enter the resume analysis stage at a ratio of 1: 8; those who are less than 8 people enter the resume analysis stage.

During the resume analysis stage, the personnel must submit the unit's consent to apply for a certificate, and bring the original and photocopy of the materials required by the position to participate in the qualification review. After qualifying the qualification review, it can enter the resume analysis stage. If the applicants fail to participate in the qualification review or unqualified qualification review at the specified time and place, they cannot enter the resume analysis stage. For those who have a shortage of candidates, they will be supplemented in turn according to the written test results of the post.

3. Interview

Those who enter the resume analysis stage all enter the interview. The interview adopts a structured interview method. It mainly tests the ideological and political quality and comprehensive analysis of the applicants, organizational management, communication and coordination capabilities, and position matching.

The proportion of the number of people and the number of interviews has not reached 1: 5. After being reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Affairs Bureau, the interview can be performed normally, the interview is performed, and the qualified score line is announced in the interview announcement.

(4) Physical examination, inspection

Comprehensive written tests, resume analysis, interviews, etc., according to the order of comprehensive evaluation of the candidates, the person who participates in the medical examination and inspection is determined by the order of 1: 1 ratio.

The medical examination work is organized and implemented by the Municipal SME Development Promotion Center. The medical examination standards are implemented with reference to the "General Standards for Medical Examinations for Civil Servants (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140). Essence If the results of the medical examination are unqualified, it will not be hired. If the candidates have doubts about the results of the medical examination, they can apply for a review in accordance with the regulations. If the review results are still unqualified, they will not be hired. If it is unable to make a clear medical examination conclusion, the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau is responsible for organizing the medical examination target for the physical examination with the consent of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

The inspection work adopts field inspection forms, strictly reviews personnel files to be hired, and inquire about social credit records and criminal records. Moral quality, ability quality, work performance, abide by the law, integrity and self -discipline, and whether they meet the qualifications for applying for the application position. The inspection team clearly qualified or unqualified opinions, and those who are not qualified for inspection are not hired.

When the medical examination, inspection is unqualified, or the candidate abandon the vacancies, the Municipal SME Development Promotion Center puts forward supplementary opinions, and after the filing is completed, it will be supplemented in order from high scores to low scores according to the comprehensive score.

Once the proposed person is publicized, it will no longer supplement.

(5) Public announcement

According to the relevant situation, medical examinations, inspections and other relevant situations, research and determine the proposed personnel, and publicize on the website of the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau. The publicity period is 7 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection or reflected the problem, it will be verified that the employment shall be approved in accordance with relevant regulations.

5. Employment management

After the proposed personnel are not objected after publicity, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the personnel management of the public institution, sign the contract for the employment of the public institution to go through the employment procedures. If the contract is unable to terminate the labor (employment) contract with the original unit in time, the qualification for employment will be canceled, and the registration procedures shall not be applied to the employment identification. Those who have expired and passed the assessment period shall be hired to the corresponding positions in accordance with the requirements of the post settings; those who affect the improper performance and behavior of the employment during the probation period, or the person who fails to pass the expiration of the probation period to cancel the employment.

6. Other matters
