Sichuan Aba: "Recycling Oil" behavior illegally using hot pot restaurants

Since last year, the Market Supervision Department of Aba Prefecture in Sichuan Province has used special operations such as "Iron Fist" and "Spring Thunder Action" to strengthen execution and further strengthen the cooperation with the public security organs. The unit illegally uses the "recycling oil" behavior.

Through the development of special rectification operations, while ensuring the lives and property safety of the people, they severely crack down on illegal recycling, production, and use of waste oils and crimes, and strictly prevent "ditch oil" and "recycling oil" and kitchen waste. As of now, there are more than 150 hotpot catering service operating units in the whole state, and 11 relevant cases are investigated and punished. All 11 cases were transferred to the public security organs for investigation. One of them was imposed by the local market supervision bureau of 716.25 million yuan. The public security organs have been administrative detention of the parties; the local courts have been sentenced to six cases and made judgments on 11 parties.
