The court found out that from 1998 to 2018, the defendant Gao Youqing used the convenience of his position to help many private business owners in terms of credit approval and loan issuance. Purchasing houses and use of shops for free, and have been accepted and obtained more than 4,800 million yuan for bribes many times. From 2012 to 2015, Gao Youqing used the convenience of his position to misappropriate the total funds of Agricultural Bank of China for a total of 100 million yuan in personal use for illegal activities and profit activities. Before the incident, Gao Youqing returned the above public funds to Agricultural Bank.

From 2009 to 2014, the defendant Gao Youqing was approved by the president of the Agricultural Bank of Suzhou Branch during the president of the Agricultural Bank of China. He also cared for a total of 1.169 billion yuan in loans to relevant companies in violation of the law.

The court believes that the defendant Gao Youqing is a state staff member, and his behavior has constituted the crime of bribery, misappropriation of public funds, and illegal issuance of loans.
