On August 12, 2013, Zhang and Ma registered a divorce and signed a divorce agreement in the civil affairs department. It agreed that Ma Mouying, a married woman, was raised by the man, and the woman did not pay the support fee.Later, Zhang said that Ma had no time to take care of the marriage and daughter, and Ma Mouying, who was married, had lived together with Zhang, so he filed a lawsuit with the people's court of Jiu Tai District, Changchun City to ask for the custody of the marriage and the girl Ma Mouying.Ma paid 2,000 yuan per month until the marriage and daughter lived independently.

During the trial, the defendant Ma said that he rented a house in Jiutai District to take care of the child, not because there was no time, but the plaintiff Zhang and the child came to quarrel to take the child away.

The judge determined that the plaintiff Zhang and the defendant Ma were negotiated by both parties when they divorced the defendant Ma Mouying.It was not adversely affected. As the defendant lived for a long time and was always taken care of by grandparents, Ma Mouying followed the defendant Ma Mou's life. Therefore, he did not support the plaintiff Zhang's lawsuit.
