On September 7, the Maritime Court of Beihai Maritime Court went to Jinghong City, Yunnan Province to tour trial, and successfully mediate a case of ship repair contract disputes, which was well received by the parties.
The plaintiff's Western Version of the Na Shi Ship Ship Factory sued the defendant's ship repair contract dispute over the ship repair company. Considering that the original defendant was in Jinghong City, and the case was not large, in order to reduce the parties' complaint and facilitate the lawsuit of the parties, the party was resolved on the spot, and the organizer decided to tour the case in the Jinghong court of the court.
Prior to the trial of the case, the organizer organized both parties to mediate. At the beginning of the mediation, the two sides were emotional and unwilling to return. After listening to the basic demands of both parties, the organizer found the breakthrough in the words of both parties, reasonably sought the balance point of the interests of the two parties, and guided the parties to resolve the contradictions reasonably from a legal and reasonable perspective, and reduce the cost of litigation. After patient interpretation of the law, the original defendant mutually forgive each other to reach a mediation agreement and signed a mediation agreement on the spot. The defendant agreed to repay the plaintiff's ship repair fee of 200,000 yuan in installments. At this point, the dispute over the ship repair contract has been successfully resolved.
