How to calculate the trial period of arbitration?

Article 45 The arbitral tribunal ruling case shall end within 45 days from the date of acceptance of the arbitration application. If the case is complicated, if the case is required, the director of the arbitration committee or the head of the arbitration house entrusted by the arbitration committee can extend and notify the parties in writing, but the extension period must not exceed 15 days.

Article 46 If there is the following circumstances, the arbitration period is calculated in accordance with the following regulations:

(1) The arbitral tribunal additional parties or third parties will be re -calculated from the date of decision to add;

(2) If the applicant needs to make up the materials, the time of the arbitration committee receiving the application of the arbitration application from the date of correction of the material;

(3) If the request to increase and change the arbitration, the arbitration period will be re -calculated from the date of acceptance and the request of changing the arbitration;

(4) If the arbitration application and anti -application are merged, the arbitration period will be re -calculated from the date of acceptance of anti -application;

(5) If the case is transferred to the jurisdiction, the arbitration period is re -calculated from the date of acceptance;

(6) During the trial period, the announcement period is not included in the arbitration period;

(7) Other circumstances that are calculated separately in laws and regulations.
