Recently, the Second Court of the Suzhou District People's Court successfully mediate the lease contract dispute over the "Cloud Court".

A company signed a construction material lease contract with a lease station in 2019, agreed that the rental station was rented by a rental station for a company for a power plant project. On the day of the lawsuit, a company owed a total of 371356.35 yuan for a lease station. The judge organized both parties to mediate and learned that a company was in a foreign country and could not attend the lawsuit because the epidemic could not go to the court. The two parties agreed that a company paid 380,000 yuan to a rental station before September 15th, and a lease station gave up a company's default damage and took the initiative to bear litigation costs. If a company cannot pay related funds as scheduled, a rental station will apply for mandatory execution.
