On September 11, the Public Security Bureau of Weiyuan County, Sichuan released a case of being punished for dissemination of rumors of immune.

At 0:44 on the same day, Xie Moumou published a statement in the WeChat circle of friends saying: "Weiyuan Buling Bay is diagnosed, don't go out." There are more than 100 comments. Xie Moumou's "words" made netizens mistakenly think of it and forward the news to multiple WeChat groups, causing adverse effects.

After understanding the situation, the Weiyuan County Public Security Bureau immediately investigated Xie Moumou and related information.

After verification, the news was not true, and Xie Moumou acknowledged his improper behavior of fictional facts and publishing unrealistic remarks. Her behavior has violated the "Punishment of Public Security Management of the People's Republic of China" and disrupted the public order due to fictional facts. Xie Moumou was detained in accordance with the law.
