The People's Procuratorate of Jinan City sued accusations: From 2001 to 2020, the defendant Yang Fulin used the member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy Division of the Sixth Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Secretary of the Party Committee of the 14th Division of the Agricultural Corps, Political Commissar, and Division, and the Third Division of the Corps (Agricultural) Third Division The convenience of the party committee secretary, political commissar, Tumushuke Municipal Party Committee, deputy commander of the Corps, the member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, etc., will help relevant units and individuals in terms of engineering project contracting, job promotion, case handling and other matters. Directly or through their relatives, which illegally receive property, a total of more than RMB 30.49 million.

During the trial, the public prosecution agency presented relevant evidence. The defendant Yang Fulin and his defender conducted a qualitative certificate.
