The prosecutor of the public interest lawsuit in court pointed out that the defendant Peng Mouyong's behavior destroyed the wild animal resources and ecological environment, and harmed the national interests and social public interests. The village provides 240 days of public welfare labor to complete ecological repair obligations in a replacement of sexual repair.

Peng Mouyong expressed his regrets on his actions in court, and confessed to the criminal facts charged by the procuratorial organs. The case was pronounced on a future after the consensus court.
