Five suspects including Wu, Zeng Mouxiang, Zeng Moulin, Zhang, and Zang Mouhui were captured on the spot. 1 laptop, 3 routers, 1 fiber box, 1 switch, and 3 VOIP devices.

After investigation, Wu went to Wu Chuan on July 18, 2022 to start building a fixed -line fraud platform. On August 8th, Zeng Moulin, Zeng Mouxiang and others came to Wu Chuan in accordance with the agreement. The construction is completed, and the plan is planned to be leased to overseas fraud gangs or domestic fraud groups to implement fraud to obtain high returns. On August 9, when the platform was about to be put into use, they were arrested by the police of the Wuchuan Public Security Bureau on the spot.

After interrogation, five criminal suspects such as Wu Mou were confessed to the fact that he provided fraud to the overseas fraud gang through the setting up VOIP device. At present, Wu and other five people have been criminally detained by the public security organs according to law. The case is under further investigation.
