Since then, the public security organs have arrested the three of them, and seized 4,580 fake fake and beautiful moon cakes at the scene, 550 boxes of counterfeit moon cakes, 42 boxes of fake Guangzhou restaurant moon cakes, and counterfeit gift bags, labels and other items. According to statistics, the amount involved was more than 1.04 million yuan.

The Panyu Court judged after hearing: the defendant Chen Mou's political and offenders sold counterfeit registered trademarks, sentenced to four years and six months in prison, and fined 50,000 yuan; The crime was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of RMB 20,000; the defendant Chen Mouzhong committed the commodity crime of selling counterfeit registered trademarks, sentenced to seven months in prison, and fined 10,000 yuan. The judgment has come into effect.

In this case, Chen Mouzheng and other three people knew that they had not obtained the brand authorization of Hong Kong Meixin and Guangzhou Restaurant.
