On February 11 this year, the Nanjing Jiangning Branch of Jiangsu received a citizen report that it was installed with an APP called "Green X" through a netizen.

The post -customer service personnel have repeatedly deceived their recharge and transferred for risk control management, too low comprehensive scores, and paying capital inspection, and they were deceived 5.8 million yuan at the time of reporting.

After receiving the report, the public security organs attached great importance to it, and Nanjing Public Security convened network security, criminal investigation, technical investigation and other departments to form a task force to conduct investigations. The network security department carried forward the spirit of "nailing". After more than two months of sustainability, it was unremitting to investigate, breaking through the technical difficulties, ingening the hard bones, and successfully obtaining the clues of key cases.

After investigation, the criminal suspect put into part -time "ordering" to trick advertisements through the Internet pushing hands, attracting the victims to leave identity information and contact information, "pull hands" to add the victim's WeChat and pull it into the WeChat group.

The "drainter" in the group promotes the victim's fraud platform app to the victim through the words, and then the "taskr" will send the "order" task to the victim. To deceive recharge for fraud.

The criminal group is divided into three large groups. The crime process is strict and confusing. Each fraud step has a clear division of division of labor, and the unified place of work will send "salary". The group characteristics are very obvious.

After further investigation and confirmation, since August 2021, the criminal group has long been entangled abroad. On the grounds of the "brush order" high return, it has performed fraud against the victims in the country.

In late July, the task force found out that the leader of the criminal group and 39 members of the group, 52 drainage personnel, and seven people who concealed the criminal income personnel. It is clear that 21 of these overseas members have returned to China. Digestion and concealing the suspects of concealing stolen money are all in the country, and they have the conditions to launch a cluster campaign to collect the network.

At 6:30 on August 11, the headquarters issued a unified instruction. 80 arrest teams and more than 230 police forces at the same time attacked 45 cities in 21 provinces across the country.

On the basis of 22 suspects in the early stage, 76 members of criminal groups have been arrested, and cluster campaigns have achieved major results.

At present, under the premise of ensuring the absolute safety of the epidemic prevention and control, the provincial and municipal arrest teams have escorted all the suspects back to Ning, and the subsequent review, the hunting of the criminals, the deepening of the expansion of the line, and the pursuit of damage are underway.
