Xiamen introduced 10 measures for the legal service mechanism for BRICS countries

Recently, Xiamen City issued and implemented the "Several Measures on the Establishment of the Hassi Central Legal Affairs Zone for BRICS Law Service Mechanisms" to strengthen innovation of foreign -related legal service mechanisms and promote Xiamen's higher levels of opening up.

The measures were jointly formulated by Xiamen Hais Law Office, the Municipal Gold Brick Office, and the Municipal Judicial Bureau. Ten items such as brick countries' legal service training "and" establishment of out -of -the -way external law for BRICS countries "and other 10 items.

The measures clearly stated that the selection of public welfare services for the Legal service agencies for BRICS countries will be selected. For example, providing a certain number of free consultations for the legal affairs of BRICS companies and individuals involved in China, providing free legal lectures for BRICS companies or individuals to invest in China, and providing opinions and suggestions for the establishment of the economic and trade and personnel of the BRICS countries. And legal consultation provides legal consultation and preliminary risk assessment for Chinese companies to invest in BRICS countries. Individual shortlisted service agencies will also provide a permanent mechanism for BRICS students in the law firm in China.
