Hebei: The provincial courts and 11 districts and city courts have set up "clearing and bankruptcy trial"

It is learned from the Hebei Provincial Higher People's Court that the provincial courts, Zhangjiakou, and Chengde, etc. have established the "Clear and Bankruptcy Court". It aims to establish a professional mechanism for bankruptcy trials, integrate trial resources, uniformly referee standards, improve the trial capacity and quality of bankruptcy cases, and provide strong judicial guarantee for creating a first -class business environment.

According to reports, the province's high and intermediate courts have set up the "Clearance and Bankruptcy Council", which is mainly responsible for reviewing the company's mandatory liquidation, bankruptcy liquidation, bankruptcy reorganization and bankruptcy reconciliation cases in accordance with the law. Bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy cases of listed companies, and handle other liquidation and bankruptcy affairs.

In recent years, the number of bankruptcy and mandatory liquidation cases and related derivative litigation cases in the province have grown rapidly, and a total of 1,140 cases were accepted last year. The establishment of a liquidation and bankruptcy trial is an important measure to implement the decision -making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, and to deepen the supply -side structural reform. It is conducive to creating a professional bankruptcy trial team and promoting the high -quality development of bankruptcy trial work. It is of great significance to regulate the bankruptcy procedure of enterprises, to clean up bankruptcy debts, and prevent and resolve major risks.

As of now, except for the Xiong'an New District Intermediate People's Court, the provincial courts and 11 districts and urban intercities have set up liquidation and bankruptcy trial courts.
