On September 2, 2022, the Ji'an Intermediate People's Court opened the trial of the first trial of the Jiangxi Banking and Insurance Bureau, the former deputy director of the Jiangxi Banking and Insurance Bureau, Zhang Ye'an. The People's Procuratorate of Ji'an City sent a member to appear in court to support the prosecution.

Ji'an People's Procuratorate accused: from 2000 to 2021, the defendant Zhang Ye'an used the convenience of serving as the president of the Pingxiang Center Branch of the People's Bank of China, the director of the Shangrao Banking Regulatory Bureau, and the deputy director of the Jiangxi Banking Regulatory Bureau. Engineering projects, advertising business, acquisition of loans, bank institutions and post adjustments, and promotion of positions have been obtained. They have repeatedly received the property that is equivalent to RMB 16.05345 million, of which 5.36 million yuan attempted.

During the trial, the public prosecution agency presented relevant evidence. The defendant Zhang Ye'an and his defender conducted a cross -examination certificate. The two parties of the prosecution fully expressed their opinions under the auspices of the court.
