Formation and spreading rumors, a man in Hebei was detained

Recently, a video with the voice of "shooting in the Times Automobile Plaza" spread on the Internet, causing social attention.

The Handan Public Security Bureau Economic Development Zone Bureau immediately launched an investigation to determine that the information was a rumor. Zhang Moumou (male, 42 years old, people from the Economic Development Zone in Handan City) was the initiator of the video.

After investigation, at 9:30 on August 25, 2022, Zhang Moumou passed by Times Automobile Plaza to shoot relevant videos, fabricating the information of "shooting in the Times Automobile Plaza", publishing the video to the Internet, causing a lot of reposts.

At present, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Penalties of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Management Punishment, the Economic Development Zone Branch has imposed a penalty of Zhang Moumou for ten days and a fine of 500 yuan.
