The second instance of the "Ali Women's Employee Case" maintains the original judgment

At 10:00 on September 2, 2022, the second instance of the Jinan Intermediate People's Court of Shandong Province publicly sentenced the original trial of the defendant Zhang Guo to compulsory obscenity appeal.

On June 22, 2022, the Huaiyin District People's Court of Jinan City, Shandong Province issued a first trial judgment to be sentenced to one year and six months in prison for the defendant Zhang Guoming, the defendant Zhang Guoming. After the sentence, Zhang Guo appealed. The Jinan Intermediate People's Court of Shandong Province was accepted on July 5th to form a comprehensive review of the facts, evidence and applicable legal issues identified in the first instance in accordance with the law to fully protect the litigation rights of Zhang Guo and other participants in litigation.

The Intermediate People's Court of Jinan City, Shandong Province believes that the appellant Zhang Guo violates the will of women and is molesting the victim while the victim is drunk. There is no factual and legal basis for the reasons and defense opinions of Zhang Guo and his defender, and cannot be established. The criminal facts identified in the first instance are clear, the evidence is true, sufficient, accurate conviction, appropriate sentencing, and the judgment procedure is legal, and the above -mentioned ruling is made.
