On the morning of August 27, 2022, Comrade Liu Guoquan Liu Guoquan, the police of the Beijing -Hong Kong -Macao high -speed Dou store inspection station at the Fangshan Branch of the Beijing Public Security Bureau, had a sudden illness at work and was sacrificed after rescue and was 52 years old.

Liu Guoquan, male, Han nationality, born in February 1970, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the public security work in April 1994, joined the Communist Party of China in November 2001, the first -level sheriff, and the first -level police supervisor. The police of the store's public security inspection station won five prizes 5 times.

On August 31, the farewell ceremony of Comrade Liu Guoquan's body was held at the funeral home in Fangshan District. The Ministry of Public Security, the Political and Legal Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Fangshan District Party Committee, the District Government, the Fangshan Public Security Branch and other relevant leaders and Comrade Liu Guoquan came to the present.

Since the 28 years of police, Comrade Liu Guoquan has always struggled at the forefront of patrol prevention and control work at the Fangshan Branch. He is loyal to the party and law enforcement. At the end of the last moment, he was still dedicated to the barrier to the southwest of the capital.

In December 2015, Comrade Liu Guoquan came to work at the Beijing -Hong Kong -Macao high -speed Dou shop public security inspection station. During the period, he always adhered to the work style of "meticulous, delicate, and extreme", and implemented the professional, standardized, and refined requirements of peripheral investigation and control work. In the past 7 years, he led the team's auxiliary police to verify more than 1.4 million vehicles, more than 3.9 million inspectors, and seized 626 illegal criminals, and made positive contributions to the main line of defense of the capital.

Regardless of the cold and summer, wind and rain, Comrade Liu Guoquan always used ordinary and simple feelings to practice the solemn commitment of "the people's public security as the people" with practical actions.
