The Yangzhou Procuratorate immediately conducted a civil public interest lawsuit, and repeatedly conducted inquiries and conversations to the person in charge of the company, analyzed legal risks, and provided reasonable suggestions.

After multi -party joint performance, the building material company demolished all illegal buildings, and many years of problems were finally resolved.

In the past five years of public interest litigation, in terms of ecological environmental protection, the national procuratorial organs have handled the case to regain the restoration of the damaged cultivated land, forest land, wetlands, and grasslands of about 7.86 million mu.
