After investigation, the ship driver did not hold a certificate of appointment and did not have the qualification to drive a motor ship. The ship did not pass the ship's inspection and the ship registration. Maritime law enforcement officers ordered the ship to stop sailing on the spot and ordered the ship driver to leave immediately.
