After meticulous investigation, the police handling the case found that a lamp in Pengjiang District had an illegal criminal behavior suspected of accepting a special VAT invoice for upstream companies.

On August 20, under the coordinated deployment of Jiangmen Economic Investigation Division, the Pengjiang Economic Investigation Brigade and the Jiangmen Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Bureau went to the lamp company for inspection, and summoned the company's actual controller Ye Mou to the Heitang Police Station Accept the investigation. After investigation, from 2019 to 2020, the lamp company controlled by Ye Mou accepted 4 mining investment Co., Ltd. and 1 forestry Co., Ltd. and a supply chain management Co., Ltd. in Guangdong with no actual transaction. Forty VAT invoices issued by home companies, the total price and tax total of more than 4.27 million yuan, and the tax amount of more than 490,000 yuan. Among them, the lamp company applied for a tax refund of 3530 yuan on April 21, 2022. After interrogation, the criminal suspect Ye (male, 44 years old, Jiangmen) was confessed to the criminal behavior of the dedicated VAT invoice that the lamp company actually controlled.

At present, the criminal suspect Ye has been dealt with by the public security organs according to law, and the case is under further investigation.
