Supreme Procuratorate released the 39th batch of guidance cases

Recently, the Supreme People's Procuratorate issued the 39th batch of guidance cases with the theme of criminal appeal public hearing, which aims to give play to the role of public hearing during the handling of criminal appeal cases, resolving social conflicts and disputes, and helping prosecution to perform their duties. Guidance, specifications, and leading procuratorial organs to handle case handling, so that the people can truly feel fairness and justice.

The 39th batch of guidance cases include four cases, namely the appellant Chen Moumou's contract fraud criminal appeal public hearing case. The appealist Wu Moumou and Yang Moumou were dissatisfied with the judicial authority to change the original treatment decision to decide the criminal appeal public hearing in accordance with the law. The appellant Dong Moumou's criminal appeal of criminal appeal public hearing, the appellee Dong Moujuan's self -prosecution case was a simple public hearing case. Among them, from the nature of the case, the guiding case of this battery includes 2 appeals that are not obtained by the procuratorial organs, 1 appeal of the court's effective referee, and 1 case of the prosecutor's withdrawal from the prosecutor.

Six parts are composed.
