U.S. defendant Shadid Abdul Pavilion deliberately murdered the appeal first case and sentenced to the second judgment: the original sentence of the death penalty

On August 25, 2022, the second instance of the Higher People's Court of Zhejiang Province publicly sentenced the U.S. defendant Shadid Abdul Pavilion (hereinafter referred to as Shadid). The People's Court approved.

In the first instance of the Ningbo Intermediate People's Court of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province: In June 2013, the defendant Salidid came to work in China, and later married and had a son. Around March 2019, Shadidi separated from his wife and divorced on May 6, 2021. In early 2019, Shadi lied to establish a divorced single and established a relationship between men and women with the victim Chen Moumou (female, 21 years old). Since mid -to -late May 2021, Chen Moumou proposed to break up many times, and Shadid did not agree and threatened Chen Moumou. At about 20:00 on June 14 of the same year, Shadide talked about Chen Moumou at the intersection of Qingshuiqiao intersection of Tongtu Road, Ningbo City. Several knives on the ministry and face caused Chen Moumou to die on the spot. The Ningbo Intermediate People's Court sentenced him to death in accordance with the facts, nature, plot and consequences of the defendant Sadid's crime.

After the first instance was pronounced, the defendant Salidid appealed. The Zhejiang Higher People's Court opened the court in accordance with the law and tried the case in accordance with the law. It was believed that the facts identified by the Ningbo Intermediate People's Court were clear. The evidence was true, sufficient, accurate conviction, appropriate sentencing, and the judgment procedure.

During the trial of the Zhejiang Higher People's Court, the rights of the defendant Shadi and the relatives of the victims were guaranteed in accordance with the law. The courts assigned two defense lawyers, translators, and victims of litigation agents assigned by Shadid to the court. More than 20 people in the United States Consulate General in Shanghai, representatives of the People's Congress, members of the CPPCC, and people from all walks of life listened to the sentence.
