On April 16, the netizen Lin Mou's fictional facts disrupted the public order on the Internet, and the Silla Branch of the Longyan Public Security Bureau of Fujian Province made an administrative penalty of Lin Mou according to law.

On June 16, the Silla Branch received a report from the masses: a netizen released a videos of fabricating facts and spreading rumors.

After receiving the report, the Silla police immediately conducted a verification. After investigation, at 23:00 on June 15, when Lin waited for a car in a section of Xicheng, he mistakenly recognized the vehicle of others as his appointment car, thinking that the other party had no parking to carry passengers, and then he was dissatisfied.

After Lin returned home, he posted a number of false videos on the Douyin platform one after another, causing a bad impact.

At 10:00 on June 16, the police summoned the suspect Lin (male, 33 years old, Shanghang, Shanghang) to the case according to law. After interrogation, Lin confessed to his acts of publishing false videos in social media. The behavior has constituted a fictional fact to disrupt the public order. Police shall be administrative punishment for the suspect Lin Mou in accordance with the "Penalty Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China".

Silla police reminded: The Internet is not an illegal criminal behavior of fabrication, dissemination, and spreading rumors to disrupt social order in accordance with laws and regulations on the Internet.
