Li County established a list of minor illegal acts involved in the market for the first time

In order to further optimize the business environment, establish a prudent and inclusive supervision mechanism, and stimulate the vitality of the market subject. Recently, after studying the special meeting of the county government, Li County announced the first minor illegal penalty list of the county's market entity.

The formation of this list has been screened and submitted by the department -soliciting opinions -legitimate review -collective discussion of multiple procedures, and eventually formed 91 first violations of penalties in 13 areas including taxation, transportation, water conservancy, and public security management. The list will specify and clarify 91 counties in the county's "non -punishment" in accordance with the law, fill the blank of the benchmark of administrative penalties, and provide a clear guidance for the county administrative law enforcement. The implementation of tolerance and prudent law enforcement supervision will effectively help the construction of the business environment of the rule of law.

Earlier, Li County took the lead in establishing the quarterly record system for administrative penalties involving market entities in the city, requiring 26 major law enforcement departments in the county to report to the county government's legal institutions for the record supervision of the county government's legal institutions to strengthen administrative penalties.
