After investigation: From 2018 to 2021, in order to obtain high interests through virtual invoices, a criminal gang registered three empty shell companies in Suzhou District, Jiuquan City. The employees are the legal representatives of the above three companies. In the case of production and operation, we will adopt a false contract with the other company to form a false contract. By fake the flow of false funds for public accounts, and then use the personal bank card to achieve the return of funds to the flow of funds. For the total tax price, the total tax price was 241 million yuan, and the tax amount was 26.818 million yuan. A total of 2,557 special VAT invoices were issued to 151 enterprises in 25 provinces across the country, with a total price and tax of 249 million yuan, and the tax amount was 29.1646 million yuan.
