The WeChat accounts added by the victims are overseas scammers. After the addition, the scammers formulate corresponding fraud "speaking" and implement fraud for their respective identities.

In early August, the police found the criminal clue in the "broken card" arrangement, and then dug through the line, in -depth research and judgment, and comprehensively grasped the position of the criminal gang and the rules of the crime time. Five criminal suspects headed by Xue Moumou were captured, and more than 10 mobile phones were detained on the spot.

After questioning, the gang was headed by Xue Moumou (male, 18 years old, Hangjin Houqi flag), and Xue Moumou had made nearly 100,000 yuan from it. Five suspects confessed to the facts of the crime.
