In November 2021, with the coordination and support of my country's embassy in China, and the cooperation efforts of various departments, the country's law enforcement agencies successfully escaped Zhang, who had absconded abroad for 4 years, and launched an extradition procedure. At present, the public security organs have escorted the suspect Zhang to Shanghai and transferred to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution.
