Recently, the Criminal Investigation Brigade of the Qiantang District Public Security Branch has cracked two cases of using Goip equipment to assist fraud gangs to implement crimes.

In the new type of electrical fraud, the means of fraud criminals are constantly renovated, and Goip has gradually become a "new favorite" of telecommunications fraud criminals. Through Goip's transit station, overseas scammers can disguise the phone number as a call number called domestic, and then perform fraud.

On August 1st, the branch bureau conducted in -depth research and analysis of a Goip clue. Starting from the cardholder, dug up step by step. In the night, 2 suspects were captured, 1 suspect was collected and provided with equipment maintenance service suspects. Five Goip devices used to call overseas calls overseas to check more than 20 telephone cards involved in the case; and in the early morning of the next day, the two major contacts in the gang were captured.

At present, all five people in the gang have been arrested. After review, members of the gang have explained the main criminal facts. Four of them have been taken criminal measures and one is punished.

Immediately after the afternoon of August 5, the branch bureau passed a Goip clue to capture two suspects of trafficking cards and equipment maintenance personnel, and seized 2 Goip devices for overseas calls for fraud. Two people were taken criminal compulsory measures.

A Goip device can be operated by hundreds of mobile phone SIM cards at the same time. It can remotely control the SIM card and Goip device dial -up, send and send SMS in different places to realize virtual dial -up. Here, remind the masses not to listen to credibility and be deceived.
