Shayang: Attorney General attended the trial committee to promote justice

In order to implement the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening the Legal Supervision of Procuratorate in the New Era" and the "Opinions on the Meeting of the People's Procuratorate's Prosecutor's Attorney General to the People's Procuratorate", on the morning of June 23, the Shayang County Procuratorate InstituteHe Jun, Secretary of the Party Group and the Attorney General, was invited to attend the meeting of the Judgment Committee of the Shayang County Court to jointly study and discuss the criminal cases of first instance.

At the meeting, He Jun expressed the opinions of the procuratorial organs after listening to the report of the case and the analysis of the members of the trial committee, and fulfilled the legal supervision duties in accordance with the law.The prosecutor attended the court trial committee, deepened the communication and cooperation of the two courts of the lawsuit, united stronger judicial joint efforts, and promoted the comprehensive improvement of judicial credibility.
