The modified management measures stipulate that the real -name management system of construction workers is fully implemented. Construction enterprises shall sign a labor contract with the recruited construction workers in accordance with the law. For those who do not meet the establishment of a labor relationship, they shall establish a written agreement in accordance with the law.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban -Rural Development and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security recently issued a notice that in order to further promote employment and protect the legitimate rights and interests of construction workers, the two departments decided to amend some of the terms of the "Management Measures for the Real -name System of Construction Workers (Trial)".

Article 8 of the revised Article 8 is: "Comprehensively implement the real -name management system of construction workers. Construction enterprises shall sign a labor contract with the construction workers enrolled in accordance with the law. For those who do not meet the establishment of a labor relationship, they shall establish a written agreement in accordance with the law. Construction workers conduct basic safety training and register on the real -name management platform of related construction workers before they can allow them to enter the construction site to engage in activities related to construction operations. "

In addition, the "labor contract" in Article 10, 11, 12, and Article 14 is uniformly modified to a "labor contract or written agreement".
