People's Daily Online, Beijing, August 16th (Bo Chenzheng, Li Nannan) The reporter learned from the Beijing Higher People's Court that today, the People's Court of the Mentougou District of Beijing publicly opened the trial of the defendant Hu Mou and Liu Moumou in accordance with the law. The defendants Hu Mou and Liu Moumou were detained for two months and fined RMB 4,000.

The court found out that at 23:00 on May 26, 2022, the defendants Hu and Liu Moumou used small cars to be modified after pursuing stimuli. Take ahead, chase the race at the intersection of Xiawei Dian Road, Xia'an Road, Wangping Town, Mentougou District, Beijing. In the process of driving with Hu's speeding with Hu, Liu Moumou also made a dangerous behavior of not being crowded with Hu's vehicles and Hu Moumou's rearview mirrors.

The court held that the defendant Hu Mou and Liu Moumou drove a motor vehicle on the road to chase the competition. In view of the fact that the two defendants were truthfully confessed the facts of the criminal facts after arriving, the court finally made the above judgment. After the sentence, Hu Mou and Liu Moumou made it clear that they did not appeal.
