In the report video, the woman who claimed to be Dong, said that the chairman of a steel company in Fengnan District, Tangshan City, was smashed in a police station in Neon County, Chifeng City on October 24, 2011.

In the recording, someone suspected of the police responded to her and said that the report involved in the reporting steel company would be transferred to the Tangshan Public Security Bureau.

According to public information, the "neon county police station" mentioned in the report information does not exist in Chifeng City Administrative District. There are only two counties in Ningcheng County and Linxi County in the city's administrative jurisdiction.

Some netizens commented under the video and analyzed that the video subtitles are the automatic and automatic texts of the software, and there are errors in selection.

Cover news reporters found that the report information has two versions on different social platforms, and the content is the same but the subtitles are slightly different.
