After thorough evidence collection and interrogation, the criminal suspect Shi Moutian and Shi Mobo confessed to his criminal facts. It turned out that at noon on December 2, 2007, when Shi Moutian was gone to Maling Village, Ye Tang Town, he saw that the victim Luo Mouxiang was at home.
