Wei then received dozens of telephone cards sent by the other party and inserted it on the virtual dial -up device as required. Just two days after building the Internet, Wei received more than 4,000 yuan.

At present, Wei was criminally detained by the public security organs in accordance with the law for suspected help of helping the information network crime. The case was further tried.
