At about 2 am on August 3, the time of arrest was mature. The police successfully captured 7 people including the suspect Chen Mouyuan and Yang Mouhan at Dongshen Pier, seized 10 smuggling vehicles, and seized a batch of smuggling cigarettes. At the same time, on the side of the dock, one of the smuggling ships was checked and a cigarette was seized on the ship. In order to ensure that the action was missing, the police continued to search for the surrounding area, and successively seized 5 smuggling cigarette vehicles in the surrounding abandoned villages, woods and other places, and seized a batch of smuggling cigarettes on the vehicle. After the subsequent bureau, the private department and the Zhanjiang tobacco department counted it. This operation seized a total of 3.92 million smuggling cigarettes, with a case value of about 5.33 million yuan.

After interrogation, seven suspects such as Chen Mouyuan and Yang Mouhan confessed to the facts of their illegal and criminal facts participating in the movement of smuggling cigarettes. Currently, the case is under further investigation.
