The facts of Guo's crime of trafficking were clear, the evidence was indeed and sufficient, and the charges were accused, and the court supported it. Guo took the initiative to invest in the case and truthfully confess the facts of the criminal. He surrendered, and he could alleviate the punishment according to law; Guo voluntarily pleaded guilty and punished, and he could handle it from the law according to law. Children who have been trapped have been rescued and punished lightly as appropriate. Guo's 40,000 yuan was obtained from criminal income, recovered according to law, and paid the state treasury.
