Retrospective

In January 2022, the defendant Chen added a WeChat of a strange man under the introduction of his fellow villagers. The amount is 822,455 yuan, and the circumstances have been serious. The behavior has constituted the crime of helping the information network crime. In view of the plot of voluntary pleasure, the defendant Chen was sentenced to one year in prison and fined 4,000 yuan. The judgment is now effective.
