On April 20, 2020, the Public Security Brigade of the Xiangcheng Public Security Branch received a criminal clue handed over by the Labor Supervision Bureau of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Xiangyang City: Yu Mou, a resident of the residents in the area, was suspected of crime. After receiving the criminal clues, the Public Security Brigade quickly arranged for the stem police forces to run around and repeatedly investigate and verify. After investigation, Yu in 2019 contracted a project from a third party and hired workers for construction. Later, in the case of a full payment of the construction model in a third party, he still owed Cao Mou and Hu for various reasons. Workers' salary, totaling more than 80,000 yuan. After receiving the instructions of the labor security supervision department for a limited time, Yu Mou not only did not pay the salary on time, but also evaded payment and malicious wages for various reasons. After the incident, Yu was absconded with a negative case and was listed as an online fugitive by the Xiangcheng Public Security Branch. In order to capture Yu as soon as possible, the police of the Public Security Brigade increased their clues and information research and judgment, and finally discovered Yu Mou's trace recently. On August 10, 2022, the police of the Public Security Brigade went to Shenzhen, Guangdong not far away to capture the criminals of the online fugitives who were suspected of refusing to pay for labor remuneration and brought back to Xiangyang.

Police reminded that when workers are arrears and negotiated, they should safeguard their own interests in a proper and reasonable way, and report to the local labor security supervision institutions in a timely manner.
