After the case was transferred to the review and prosecution, the procuratorial organs pursued the stolen goods in a timely manner and urged Wang and others to continue to withdraw more than 160,000 yuan in illegal income. At the same time, in response to the regulatory loopholes in the delivery industry found in the case, the Rugao Procuratorate quickly informed the Rugao Post Administration to promote the postal administration of the city to carry out special rectification activities throughout the city.

After review, the procuratorial organs believed that the information of Wang and Dong's inquiry was an unsweight delivery customer, violating the information security of many unspecified personnel, violating the criminal law, and harming the public interests of the society. On June 30, the Rugao Procuratorate filed a public prosecution and criminal civil public interest lawsuit to the court in accordance with the law. Rugao Procuratorate withdrew the prosecution with civil public interest lawsuits.
