According to Jimu News, on the morning of September 9, 2021, the Nanchang Intermediate People's Court of Jiangxi Province made a public pronouncement on the first instance to the defendant Lao Rongzhi deliberately killing, robbery, and kidnapping cases in accordance with the law. The defendant Lao Rongzhi committed the crime of intentional homicide, robbery, abduction, and punishment. He decided to execute the death penalty, deprived of political rights for life, and confiscated all personal property.

In order to avoid exceeding the trial period of the second trial, he could only stop the trial first. After the reasons for the trial disappear, the trial will be resumed.
