Ms. Wang chose to believe Liu. While waiting for the news, Ms. Wang contacted Liu many times, but the other party always pushed off for various reasons. Until April last year, after Ms. Wang and Liu made the last call, the other party completely "disappeared". So Ms. Wang called the police.

The police investigation found that the real estate sold by Liu had undergone three mortgages and reached an oral agreement with Ms. Wang, and he deliberately concealed the fact that the house had been seized. On the 10th of this month, the police successfully captured Liu at a hotel in Nanchang Road, Jianxi District.

After interrogation, Liu confessed to the criminal facts of fraud. At present, Liu has been adopted for criminal compulsory measures in accordance with the law, and the case is further investigating. The police reminded that the law clearly stipulates that the seized real estate shall not be traded or mortgaged.
