This is a scene that happened in the interrogation room of the Public Security Bureau of Ulanhot City on July 26. In the case handling area, the police are interrogating the suspect. The 26 suspects opened a "empty shell" company without any business in the name of corporate employees, and were suspected of participating in a false invoice involved in the case.

On November 30, 2021, the Economic Investigation Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Wulanhot City received a clue: Six companies in Ulanhot City were suspected of invoicing. After retrieved the flow of industry and commerce, tax and funds, the police of the Economic Investigation Brigade found that none of these six companies did not have the actual location and actual business.

The Public Security Bureau of Wulanhot immediately set up a task force and combat action headquarters to sort out the clues of the case and gradually verify the "empty shell" company in the name of consulting and management. The case involves many places across the country.

After 4 months, through meticulous analysis, the virtual invoicing gang headed by Wang was finally verified that the "empty shell" company registered for the establishment of "empty shell" company in Luzhou City and Xing'an League in Anhui Province. From 2019 to 2022 , 26 companies issued invoices, with a total price and tax of more than 6 billion yuan.

On July 11, the Public Security Bureau of Wulanhot City sent police forces to arrive in Luzhou City, Anhui Province for investigation, and successfully locked the hiding place of the suspect Wang and others. In the early morning of July 26, 210 police forces of the Public Security Bureau of Ulanhot Municipal Public Security Bureau held the first centralized collection in Xing'an League, Xilingule League, and Luzhou City, Anhui Province. 100, 480 company official seals, 560 bank cards, and 38 million yuan in frozen funds.
